Please find attached the full text of the decision issued by the Administrative Panel in the above-referenced case that Internet Domain Service BS Corp. received.
The Administrative Panel's finding is as follows:
"
For the foregoing reasons, in accordance with paragraphs 4(i) of the Policy and 15 of the Rules, the Panel orders that the Domain Name, <motorka.org>, be transferred to the Complainant.
"
Pursuant to Paragraph 4(k) of the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy, Internet Domain Service BS Corp. will proceed to implement the above decision on January 8, 2018. Internet Domain Service BS Corp. will not implement the decision if, before January 8, 2018, the Respondent submits official documentation (such as a copy of a complaint, file-stamped by the clerk of the court) to Internet Domain Service BS Corp. demonstrating that it has commenced a legal proceeding against the Complainant in a jurisdiction to which the Complainant has submitted under Paragraph 3(b)(xiii) of the Rules for Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (the Rules).
PS: please note the interested party has to notify the Registrar Internet Domain Service BS Corp. not before the implementation date to explicitly request the Panel's decision implementation.
While we will promptly and immediately implement it, we are not automatically implementing the decision for technical, legal and security reasons.
